Tonight was Evan's turn to make supper! I must admit that I wasn't thrilled with his choice, but I didn't want to squash his enthusiasim either! He wanted to make pancakes and bacon for supper. The problem was, Darryl, Abbey and Mason do NOT like breakfast! So as it turned out, Darryl made a burger on the grill, and Abbey and Mason ate Chef Boyardee out of a can! I felt bad for Evan, since his dinner wasn't as well received as Abbey's, but he'll have another chance next week! I ate his pancakes and they were delicious! He enjoyed the process of making his dinner, and that's all that matters!

I'll have to keep practicing with him! We'll have to work on putting a little more thought into his dinners! It was fine though for his first time! We'll see what next week holds......
